PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1
PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 is a selective BCL-xL/BCL-w PROTAC degrader. PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 promotes ubiquitination and degradation of BCL-xL and BCL-w, without affecting BCL-2. PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 can be used for the research of Hodgkin lymphoma.
(Pink: Bcl-xL and Bcl-W ligand (HY-10087); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-163233); Black: linker (HY-Y1230)).

In Vitro
PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 (Compound 44) (10-1000 nM; 16 h) potently degrades BCL-xL in HeLa cells without affecting BCL-2[1].
PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 (10-100 nM; 1-72 h) potently degrades BCL-xL in RS4;11 cells, but has no effect on BCL-2[1].
PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 effectively degrades BCL-xL and BCL-w in WI-38 lung fibroblasts, with potency superior to that of the BCL-xL selective degrader PZ15227[1].
PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 mediates the degradation of BCL-xL and BCL-w in WI-38 and HeLa cells via a PROTAC mechanism dependent on functional proteasome and CRBN E3 ligase[1].
PROTAC BCL-xL/BCL-w Degrader 1 potently inhibits the proliferation of Hs 445 Hodgkin's lymphoma cells, and its efficacy is approximately 2-fold higher than that of PZ15227, a selective BCL-xL degrader[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
