STK32B/YANK2
STK32B encodes YANK2, a serine/threonine kinase of the AGC family and paralog of YANK1 and YANK3. Like other YANK members it combines a conserved kinase domain with proline-rich regulatory segments, and its upstream activators are unknown. YANK2 transcripts are relatively abundant in heart, prostate and testis, suggesting tissue-selective roles that remain uncharacterized. Studies to date indicate the YANK kinases may participate in cytoskeletal or adhesion signaling, but no validated substrates exist for YANK2. Recombinant YANK2 is suited to exploratory kinase profiling, interaction screening and comparative biochemistry across the three-member YANK branch.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
