Abstract

Two new spirobenzofuranoid dibenzocyclooctadiene Lignans, kadsulignans O (1) and P (2) were isolated from the stems of Kadsura oblongifolia, together with five known same type Lignans, kadsulignans C (3), E (4), F (5), G (6), and heteroclitin J (7). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences and comparisons with literatures. Compounds 3-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
