In Vitro
The ADC molecule Raludotatug deruxtecan (HY-164734) is composed of the humanized anti-CDH6 IgG1 monoclonal antibody Raludotatug, a cleavable GGFG tetrapeptide linker, and the topoisomerase I inhibitor DXd (HY-13631D). Raludotatug deruxtecan can be used for research on tumors such as ovarian cancer and renal cancer[1].

Immobilized Human CDH6/K-Cadherin, His Tag can bind Raludotatug. The EC50 for this effect is 11.54 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 SK-OV-3 cells with Raludotatug (HY-P990028, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).

Subcutaneous Cell-Line-Derived Xenograft
Subcutaneous cell-line-derived xenograft (CDX) models are established by implanting cultured human cancer cell lines into immunodeficient mice, where the injected cells form localized tumors that can be monitored in vivo as a measure of tumorigenic potential, growth kinetics, and treatment response. These models are widely used in oncology research because they allow reproducible tumor formation and enable comparative assessment of tumor growth between different cell lines or genetic manipulations in a controlled in vivo microenvironment. Subcutaneous implantation of cancer cells in immunodeficient mice is a standard approach for evaluating tumor growth behavior and therapeutic response across multiple cancer types, including prostate, esophageal, pancreatic, and colon cancer models.
