CAB39 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived CAB39, expressed by Sf9 insect cells, with GST labeled tag.

CAB39 is a component of a complex that binds and activates STK11/LKB1. Within this complex, CAB39 is required to stabilize the interaction between CAB39/MO25 (CAB39/MO25alpha or CAB39L/MO25beta) and STK11/LKB1.

Supplied as a 0.22 μm filtered solution of 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione, 0.1mM EDTA, 0.25mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF, 25% glycerol.
Note: For SPR assay, please replace the buffer. Primary amine components (e.g., Tris, imidazole) can affect protein-coupled chips.
