1.Immobilized Cynomolgus CCL24, His Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CCL24 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of ≤71.0 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
2.Immobilized Cynomolgus CCL24, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CCL24 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of ≤20 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
