Description
DRD2 Protein, Human (His, Myc) is the recombinant human-derived DRD2 protein, expressed by E. coli, with N-10*His & C-Myc tag.
Background
DRD2 is a dopamine receptor whose activity is mediated by G proteins that inhibit adenylyl cyclase. Additionally, downstream of OPN5, DRD2 positively regulates postnatal regression of retinal hyaloid vessels by suppressing VEGFR2/KDR activity.
