Description
GIPR Protein, Cynomolgus (Biotinylated, HEK293, His, Avi) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived GIPR protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-Avi & C-His tag.
Background
The GIPR protein functions as a receptor for glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP). Its activity is mediated by G proteins, specifically those that activate adenylyl cyclase. Notably, GIPR has the potential to form homodimers and heterodimers with GLP1R, suggesting a possible interaction between receptors associated with incretin hormones.
Verified Bioactivity
Immobilized Biotinylated Cynomolgus GIPR, His Avi Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 μg/mL). Dose response curve for Anti-GIPR Antibody, hFc Tag. The EC50 for this effect is 1.0-15.0 ng/mL.
