Biological Activity
Verified Bioactivity
1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Biotinylated Human HLAA*02:01&B2M&p53 (HMTEVVRHC) Complex Protein at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on a Nickel Coated plate can bind Anti-HLA-A2&p53R175H Antibody, Human IgG1. The EC50 for this effect is 0.2-4 ng/mL.
2.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Biotinylated Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&p53 (HMTEVVRHC) Complex Protein at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Anti-HLA-A2&p53R175H Antibody, Human IgG1. The EC50 for this effect is 0.05-2 ng/mL.
