IgG2C Fc Protein, Mouse (HEK293)

IgG2C Fc is a subclass of IgG2. Mouse IgG2c Fc loop residues have stronger receptor binding affinity than mouse IgG2b or human IgG1. IgG2C Fc Protein, Mouse (HEK293) is the recombinant mouse-derived IgG2C Fc protein, expressed by HEK293 , with tag free.

Antibodies protect pathogens and diseased tissues from invasion through several different mechanisms, including neutralization, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), complement-mediated cytotoxicity, phagocytosis, and phagocytosis. The mouse strains expressed three IgG2 subclasses: IgG2a, 2b and 2c. Mouse IgG2c Fc ring residues promote stronger receptor-binding affinity than mouse IgG2b or human IgG1^[1].
