Verified Bioactivity
1.Immobilized Human Nectin-4 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Enfortumab (HY-P99016). The ED50 for this effect is 0.046 ng/mL.
2.Immobilized Human Nectin-4 at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human Nectin-1 (HY-P704809). The ED50 for this effect is 2.107 μg/mL.
3.Nectin-4 Antibody (HY-P86995) captured on CM5 chip via anti-mouse antibodies surface can bind Human Nectin-4 with an affinity constant of 4.49 nM as determined in a SPR assay.(Biacore 8K).
4.Loaded Human Nectin-4 on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-1 (HY-P704809) with an affinity constant of 59.8 nM as determined in BLI assay.
