PDGFRB Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi)

PDGF Rβ protein is integral in embryonic development and regulates cell proliferation, survival, differentiation, chemotaxis, migration, and vascular development. It crucially recruits pericytes and smooth muscle cells to the endothelium, promoting vascular smooth muscle cell migration and neointimal formation at the site of injury. PDGFRB Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived PDGFRB Protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His, C-Avi labeled tag.

1.This product does not contain protein kinase domain.
2.Immobilized Human PDGF R beta, His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-PDGF R beta Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of ≤11 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
