Biological Activity
Immobilized human TNFSF11 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind human Osteoprotegerin-hFc and the EC50 is 5-40 ng/mL. The bioactivity of hRANKL was determined by measuring the ability of hRANKL to induce TRAP activity in Raw 264.7 cells and the ED50 is typically 1.5-7.5 ng/mL.

Stored at -20°C. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer. It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
