In Vitro
Roridin L2 (0-50 μM; 24 h) decreases viability of NuLi-1 cells and THP-1 macrophages with an IC50 in the lower μM range[2].
Roridin L2 (up to 1000 ng/mL; 48 h) is non-cytotoxic and does not induce apoptosis or DNA fragmentation in PC-12 neuronal cells[1].
