Biological Activity
SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro-IN-35 (Compound L3) (25 h) potently inhibits the infection of GFP-SARS-CoV-2-S-Psv in HK-2 cells, with an EC50 of 2.82 μM[1].
SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro-IN-35 (2-40 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of T24 bladder cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner, with an IC50 of 10.99 μM[1].
