SDH-IN-54
SDH-IN-54 is a succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitor (IC50 = 6.52 μg/mL against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum). SDH-IN-54 disrupts mycelial morphology and ultrastructure and inhibits sclerotium formation and germination by inhibiting mitochondrial respiratory chain enzymes. SDH-IN-54 exhibits protective and curative antifungal (fungal) efficacy against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in rapeseed plants and can be used for research on rapeseed sclerotinia stem rot.

In Vitro
SDH-IN-54 (0.78-3.125 μg/mL) inhibits Sclerotinia sclerotiorum sclerotial formation (91.5% at 1.56 μg/mL) and germination (63.3% at 1.56 μg/mL; 43.3% at 0.78 μg/mL)[1].
SDH-IN-54 (50-200 μg/mL) produces in planta protective and curative effects against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, with a protective effect of 90.8% and a curative effect of 80.3% at 200 μg/mL[1].
SDH-IN-54 (50 μg/mL; 0.3-25 μg/mL) inhibits the mycelial growth of S. sclerotiorum, with an EC50 of 0.61 μg/mL[1].
SDH-IN-54 (50-200 μg/mL) is evaluated on rapeseed leaves for its protective and curative activity against S. sclerotiorum[1].
