MCE SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (Universal) is compatible with all qPCR instruments. 2× ready-to-use formulations which consist of antibody-mediated hot start polymerase, MgCl₂, dNTPs and a proprietary reaction buffer, produce optimal results in qPCR experiments. The 100 rxns is defined as the base specification. All larger sizes correspond to incremental volumes of this base.

MCE IP Elution Buffer is a ready-to-use elution system specifically designed for IP/Co-IP experiments. It consists of an elution buffer and a matched neutralization buffer, enabling efficient and controlled elution of target proteins and ensuring compatibility with downstream analytical applications.

MCE Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer (10×) primarily contains ammonium chloride and is a ready-to-use solution designed for rapid and effective lysis and removal of anucleated red blood cells from human or mouse blood and tissue samples without affecting white blood cells, normal tissues, or tumor cells.

MCE PMSF (100×) is a ready-to-use protease inhibitor solution. It can be added directly to lysis buffers at a 1:100 dilution before use.
