Description & Advantages
MCE IP Elution Buffer is a ready-to-use elution system specifically designed for IP/Co-IP experiments. It consists of an elution buffer and a matched neutralization buffer, enabling efficient and controlled elution of target proteins and ensuring compatibility with downstream analytical applications.
Protocol
Example: single reaction with a 25 μL magnetic bead system
1. Complete the preparation of immunoprecipitated complexes according to the standard IP/Co-IP workflow, and wash the magnetic beads three times with Binding/Wash Buffer (refer to the HY-K0202K product manual for detailed procedures).
2. Add 100 μL Elution Buffer to the tube, mix thoroughly, and incubate at room temperature for 5-10 min. Perform magnetic separation, collect the supernatant, and immediately neutralize the pH by adding Neutralization Buffer at 1/10 of the total elution volume. The neutralized eluate can be directly used for downstream functional analyses.
Notes: a. Eluted protein samples may be stored at 4°C for short-term use; for long-term storage, keep at -20°C.
b. If elution efficiency is suboptimal, a second elution under the same conditions is recommended.
Storage
4°C, 2 years.
