In Vitro
The experimental entity related to Sulfo-Cy5 HA (MW 1000000), HACy5 (25 μg/mL, 2 or 4 h), is used for fluorescence tracing in HaCaT 3D spheroids; after HACy5 forms HACy5/OP nanocomplexes with OP, it promotes the penetration of HACy5 into the interior of the spheroids and reaches the spheroid center at 4 h[1].
