In Vitro

1-Palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE (as a phospholipid component, molar ratio 30%) can significantly increase the expression level of luciferase mRNA in HEK293T and HeLa cells in the in vitro transfection experiment of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs)[2].
1-Palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE (as a phospholipid component, molar ratio 30%) shows in vivo organ targeting experiments that the LNPs constructed with it mainly enriched in the liver, and the expression of luciferase activity in the liver is significantly higher than that in other organs such as the spleen[2].
