Biological Activity
2-Aminoterephthalic acid can be used as a ligand for formation of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with metal ions. The MOFs have rich pore structures and high specific surface areas that can be used in gas adsorption, catalysis, and drug release[2].
2-Aminoterephthalic acid can be used for formation of copolymer with improved electrochemical activity, cycling stability and capacitance. 2-Aminoterephthalic acid can be used capacitor manifucture[3].
2-Aminoterephthalic acid acts as a cross-linking agent that improves the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells by passivating defects, enlarging the grain size, and improving hydrophobicity[4].
