Biological Activity
2-Methylpropane-2-sulfinamide can be used in the synthesis of 4-sulfonimidoylpiperidine, react with benzyl Grignard reagent to form 4-benzyl-4-aminopiperidine, an important pharmaceutical building block, and also be applied to insert a methylene group into derivatized sulfonimides for the preparation of spiro-tosylaziridines.
