4-F-br-4C
4-F-br-4C is a fluorine-substituted BDPSO hole-transporting material that serves as a dopant-free HTM for inverted MAPbI3 perovskite solar cells. The MAPbI3 solar cells constructed with 4-F-br-4C exhibit an average power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.4%. 4-F-br-4C can be used in the research of perovskite solar cells and organic electronic materials.

Biological Activity
The ionization potential of the 4-F-br-4C film deposited on ITO is -5.32 eV, which falls within the range of IP values of tested BDPSO derivatives[1].
When 4-F-br-4C is used as an undoped hole-transporting material (HTM) in inverted planar p-i-n MAPbI3 perovskite solar cells (PVSCs), it achieves an average power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.4%, along with an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.98 V, a short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 18.1 mA/cm2, and a fill factor (FF) of 0.80[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
