Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
5-Hydroxyindoleacetylglycine (50 mg sample in 400 µL methanol:water (4:1, v/v); 60 days (ensiling)) is upregulated in whole-plant mulberry silage in the fresh organic acid treatment group compared with the fresh Lactiplantibacillus plantarum inoculation group, and both differential metabolites are enriched in the tryptophan metabolism pathway[1].
5-Hydroxy-indoleacetylglycine is significantly elevated in rat feces in the comparison between the C and WP groups[2].
