In Vivo

6''-O-(3'''-Hydroxy-3'''-methylglutaryl) vitexin (14.6 mg per 10% of the crude extract; administered via oral feeding) reduces the survival rate of 3rd-instar N. lugens nymphs to nearly 0% on day 7[2].
