Dipeptidyl Peptidase Substrate

Gly-Arg-AMC is a peptide substrate of DPAP1.

Met-Gly-Pro-AMC is a fluorescent peptide substrate active against *Caenorhabditis elegans* DPF-3, hDPP4, and methionyl aminopeptidase 2 (MetAP2). Met-Gly-Pro-AMC undergoes cleavage via tripeptidyl peptidase activity to release a fluorescent product. Met-Gly-Pro-AMC is used to detect the activities of tripeptidyl peptidases and MetAP2 peptidases in in vitro enzyme activity assays.

H-Pro-Lys-OH TFA is a dipeptide containing proline and lysine, which can serve as a substrate for iminodipeptidase (prolinase). H-Pro-Lys-OH TFA can also be used for the synthesis of polypeptides.

Marmesinin ((-)-Marmesinin; Ammijin) is an orally active furanocoumarin glycoside that enhances insulin secretion by inhibiting CYP1A2/CYP3A4 and Aldose Reductase, and modulating the PPARγ/PDX-1/IRS-2 pathway, while also exhibiting anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and myocardial membrane-stabilizing effects. Marmesinin is used in research on type 2 diabetes, diabetic complications, myocardial injury, neurodegenerative diseases, and malaria.
