ACI-3024

ACI-3024 is an orally active Tau aggregation inhibitor. ACI-3024 selectively binds pathological Tau and reduces the β-sheet content and seeding aggregation capacity of multiple Tau proteins, and ameliorates Tau-induced neurodegeneration and neuroinflammation. ACI-3024 attenuates Tau pathology in mouse models of tauopathy. ACI-3024 can be used for research related to tauopathies.
