Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
AJICAP reagent 1b (2.5 equivalents; 1 h) enables efficient site-specific conjugation of native antibodies at Lys248, producing homogeneous antibody-thiol intermediates with an average PAR of 2.0 and minimal aggregation[1].
AJICAP reagent 1b (2.7 equivalents; 1 h) produces site-specific Lys248 ADCs from trastuzumab and rituximab with high DAR values and low aggregation across various drug-linkers[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. .
