Anti-Monkey/Human MDR-1/CD243 Antibody (UIC2) (0-80 μg/mL, 30 min) significantly increases the inhibitory effect of P-glycoprotein (Pgp) and enhances the accumulation of subsequent intracellular drugs combined with ACT positive modulators (such as Cyclosporine A (CsA) (HY-B0579), SDZ PSC 833 (HY-17384)) in NIH 3T3 MDR1 cells[1].
Anti-Monkey/Human MDR-1/CD243 Antibody (UIC2) (20 μg/mL, 30 min) significantly inhibits the efflux of Rh123 (HY-D0816) and Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) from MDR cells[2].
Anti-Monkey/Human MDR-1/CD243 Antibody (UIC2) (20 μg/mL, 30 min) enhances the cytotoxicity of Vinblastine (HY-13780) in BALB/c 3T3-1000 cells[2].
