Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) is a rat-derived IgG2a κ antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L. Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) can block 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL) and inhibit CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) can be used for the researches of cancer, infection, inflammation and immunology, such as MC38 tumor, lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) infection and herpetic stromal keratitis (HSK).

In Vitro
Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) (5 μg/mL or 50 μg/mL, 3 days) inhibits proliferation of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in response to allogeneic antigen presenting cells and reduces cytotoxicity against host alloantigen in Balb/c antigen presenting cells stimulated normal C57BL/6 T cell[3].

Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) (200 μg, i.p., at days 0, 3, 6 and 8) inhibits the development of HSK in HSV-1 RE strain-infected herpetic stromal keratitis (HSK) mice[2].
Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) (200 μg, i.p., at days 0, 2 and 4) prolongs graft survival in Balb/c cardiac grafted C57BL/6 mice[3].
Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) (100 μg/25g, i.p., daily before applying IMQ) alleviates inflammation in imiquimod (IMQ) (HY-B0180)-induced psoriasis mice[4].
Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) (100 μg, i.p., at days 0 and 2) suppresses tumor growth companied with 3H3 (HY-P99119) antibody in MC38 tumor mice[5].
