Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (37.51) is an agonistic agonistic CD28-specific antibody derived from the host Syrian Hamster. Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (37.51) partially prevents lethal graft-versus-hostdisease (GVHD) by selective depletion of alloreactive T cells in mice.

Animal Model:Lethally irradiated (1200 cGy) B10.BR mice were given transplants of 15 x 106 T cell–depleted marrow cells plus 25 x 106 splenocytes from B6 donors[1]

Dosage:20 μg and 100 μg for a single dose, 20 μg every other day for 8 times

Administration:Intraperitoneally injection

Result:Delayed the onset of GVHD and improved survival after a single 20-μg dose.
Protected 60% of mice from lethal acute GVHD after a single 100-μg dose.
Resulted of 20 μg administered every other day for 8 days similar to those with a single 100-μg dose.
Decreased donor CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells.
Reduced numbers of T- and B- cells in the spleen.
Unconjugated
The product can be reconstituted/diluted with sterile PBS or saline.
