Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a biochemical technology widely used to detect and quantify proteins, antibodies, hormones and other biomolecules. This method uses enzyme-labeled antibodies or antigens to specifically bind to the test substance, and generates a measurable signal through an enzyme-catalyzed reaction. ELISA has the characteristics of high sensitivity, specificity and high-throughput, and is suitable for medical diagnosis, biomedical research and drug development and other fields.

Fluorescence activated cell sorting
Fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) is a special technology for identifying and separating rare cell populations with high purity.

Notch Pathway Solutions
The Notch pathway is a contact-dependent signaling pathway that controls cell-fate decisions, differentiation, proliferation, and tissue patterning through interactions between membrane-bound Notch receptors and membrane-bound ligands on neighboring cells. Canonical Notch signaling is activated when ligand engagement triggers proteolytic release of the Notch intracellular domain, which enters the nucleus and regulates transcription together with DNA-binding transcriptional complexes. In the canonical mechanism, ligand-dependent Notch activation leads to release of the intracellular Notch domain, and presenilin-dependent γ-secretase activity is required for production of the active intracellular signaling fragment. The released intracellular domain functions as a nuclear signal that converts Notch receptor activation at the membrane into transcriptional regulation of target programs such as HES/HEY-family genes and other context-dependent downstream targets. Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting (FACS)-Based Cell Sorting
Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) separates cells in suspension after flow-cytometric measurement of light scatter and fluorescence; classic droplet-based instruments interrogate cells with a laser, convert optical signals into electronic signals, charge droplets containing target cells, and electrostatically deflect them into collection vessels. FACS detects phenotypes defined by fluorescent antibodies, fluorescent proteins, viability dyes, or intracellular markers, and the readout is the sorted fraction, purity, recovery, and post-sort viability of the gated population.
