    CD206 (MRC1, mannose receptor) is a C-type lectin receptor expressed on the surface of macrophages and certain dendritic cells, serving as a key marker for M2-like and tissue-repair macrophages. By recognizing carbohydrate structures, CD206 mediates phagocytosis and antigen presentation, and participates in processes such as the resolution of inflammation, tumor immunity, fibrosis, and tissue repair.
