Verification Image

Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2(lane 2, 20μg), Neuro-2a(lane 3, 20μg), NIH-3T3(lane 4, 20μg) and RAW264.7(lane 5, 20μg) using ZEB2 Antibody (HY-P88062). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hours at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/2000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004, 1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：Transcriptional inhibitor that binds to DNA sequence 5'-CACCT-3' in different promoters (PubMed:16061479, PubMed:20516212). Represses transcription of E-cadherin (PubMed:16061479). Represses expression of MEOX2 (PubMed:20516212)

Sumoylation on Lys-391 and Lys-866 is promoted by the E3 SUMO-protein ligase CBX4, and impairs interaction with CTBP1 and transcription repression activity

Subunit：Binds activated SMAD1, activated SMAD2 and activated SMAD3; binding with SMAD4 is not detected (By similarity)
