In Vitro

Anticancer agent 52 (compound TPP1) (0-2048 µM) shows cytotoxicity with IC50s of 200, 200, 150, 200, 240, 80 µM for 5637, RT112, RT4, SWT80, TCCSUP, UMUC3 cells, respectively[1].
