Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Antifungal agent 177 (Saponin 2) (0.01-280 μg; 48-72 h) inhibits the growth of Cladosporium cladosporioides at concentrations of 9 μg and above, and completely suppresses its growth at a concentration of 280 μg[1].
Antifungal agent 177 (24 h) inhibits the growth of C. albicans IFO 1060, with an MIC of 50 μg/mL[1].
