Antifungal agent 181
Antifungal agent 181 is an Antifungal agent. Antifungal agent 181 disrupts the plasma membrane integrity of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, leading to electrolyte leakage and mycelial damage. Antifungal agent 181 exhibits protective efficacy against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on rapeseed leaves, reducing lesion expansion.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Antifungal agent 181 (Compound Bs6) (40 mg/L) exhibits strong inhibitory activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum with 100% inhibition, while showing varying activity against other tested fungi[1].
Bs6 (0.07-10 mg/L) is the most potent compound against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, with an EC50 of 0.283 mg/L[1].
Bs6 (2-4 mg/L; 120 min) significantly disrupts Sclerotinia sclerotiorum cell membrane integrity by aggravating intracellular electrolyte exosmosis in a concentration-dependent manner[1].
