Antiproliferative agent-80 (compound 15) potently inhibits the proliferation of human acute myeloid leukemia MV4-11 cells with an IC50 of 5.1 nM; it also inhibits the proliferation of human colorectal cancer HCT-116 cells and human bladder cancer 5637 cells, with corresponding IC50 values of 580.6 nM and 375.9 nM, respectively[1].
Antiproliferative agent-80 (0.0001-10 μM; 48 h) exhibits moderate inhibitory effects on the proliferation of HCT-116 and 5637 cells, and shows no inhibitory activity against the proliferation of MKN-45 or MCF-7 cells at concentrations up to 1000 nM[1].
