ARN24092 (compound 40) (10-100 μM; 15 min) significantly inhibits NKCC1 in cultured hippocampal neurons, with an inhibition rate of 13.9% at 10 μM and 51.9% at 100 μM^[1].

In Vivo

ARN24092 (compound 40) (0.6 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; daily; approximately 21 days) improved cognitive impairment across four different behavioral tasks in the Ts65Dn mouse model of Down syndrome without producing any diuretic effect^[1].
