In Vitro

MRV03-070 (compound 4) (0.01 nM-0.1 mM for 1 h) inhibits ClbP acitivity with IC₅₀s of 69 nM and 27 nM, respectively, measured both in vitro and in E. coli BL21 overexpressing ClbP^[1].
