Biological Activity
ATG5 PPI-IN-6 (Compound 17a) (16.34-26.92 μM) inhibits the ATG5-ATG16L1 interaction with an IC50 of 26.92 μM and the ATG5-TECAIR interaction with an IC50 of 16.34 μM in an in vitro HTRF binding assay[1].
ATG5 PPI-IN-6 (20 μM; 6 h) reduces autophagy incidence in COS-7 cells to 14.61%[1].
