ATPase-IN-6 (Compound 10) has potent antiviral activity against HIV-1 and SARS-COV2 in HEK239T and CALU3 cells with EC50s of 0.5 and 2.5 μM, CC50s of 10 and 50 μM, and SI (EC50/CC50) of both 20 for HIV-1 and SARS-COV2, respectively[1].
