Description

Atriopeptin II rat, mouse is an atrial natriuretic peptide, which acts as diuretic and natriuretic agent, and a potent relaxant of vascular smooth muscle^[1].

In Vitro

Atriopeptin II rat, mouse (10 nM, 100 min) exhibits vasodilatory effect, increases cyclic GMP concentrations and activates cyclic GMP-kinase in rat ex vivo thoracic aorta^[1].
Atriopeptin II rat, mouse (0-100 nM) stimulates the testosterone production with half-maximum stimulation of 2.6 nM^[2].
