Biological Activity
Atriopeptin II rat, mouse (10 nM, 100 min) exhibits vasodilatory effect, increases cyclic GMP concentrations and activates cyclic GMP-kinase in rat ex vivo thoracic aorta[1].
Atriopeptin II rat, mouse (0-100 nM) stimulates the testosterone production with half-maximum stimulation of 2.6 nM[2].
