Biotin/KLH (up to 1000 µg/mL; pre-incubation for 24 h + co-incubation for 24 h) competes with biotin-BSA for monoclonal antibody binding in ELISA and shows binding characteristics similar to those of biotin-BSA^[1].
Biotin/KLH (up to 1000 μg/mL; pre-incubation for 24 h + co-incubation for 24 h) competes with solid-phase biotin-BSA for the monoclonal anti-biotin antibody, inhibiting antibody binding more effectively than free biotin on a molar basis^[2].
