Boc-Gln-Gly-Arg-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for kallikrein (PKa), coagulation factor XIIa (FXIIa) and coagulation factor XIa (FXIa). Boc-Gln-Gly-Arg-AMC enables fluorescence-based activity assays for PKa, FXIIa and FXIa[1].

In Vitro

Boc-Gln-Gly-Arg-AMC (100 μM; 150 minutes) detects FXIIa activity generated by RBC-MVs incubated with purified human FXII over 150 minutes via substrate cleavage-induced fluorescence[1].
Boc-Gln-Gly-Arg-AMC (100 μM; 150 minutes) detects PKa activity generated by RBC-MVs incubated with purified human PK and HK over 150 minutes via substrate cleavage-induced fluorescence[1].
