(2R)-Monolaurin ((2R)-1-Monolaurin) ((2r)-2,3-Dihydroxypropyl Dodecanoate) is the R-enantiomer of Monolaurin (HY-121620). (2R)-Monolaurin is significantly up-regulated in the rectal contents of weaned yaks after the addition of traditional Chinese medicine compound.
