Animal Model:Adult male Wistar rats (250-300 g)[1]
-
Dosage:1 mg/kg
-
Administration:i.g.; daily for 3 days
-
Result:Did not change the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), PT or TT on the third day compared with control.
