Dextranase, Trichoderma reesei, glucan hydrolase, is often used in biochemical research. Instructions
1.Dissolution: Soluble in water (1 mg/mL), fresh preparation recommended. Or dissolve in reference buffer according to specific experiments.
2.Dilution: Further dilute to 5-20 μg/mL immediately before use.
3.Enzymatic Hydrolysis: Incubate 1.9 mL of 2% dextran substrate in a 37°C water bath, add 0.1 mL of enzyme diluent. Incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes. Stop the reaction by periodically transferring 1 mL of enzyme substrate mixture to a tube containing 1 mL of dinitrosalicylic acid reagent.
