DOTA-Bn-CA-170 labeled with [⁶⁸Ga]Ga successfully achieves specific and high-contrast PET imaging of VISTA expression in various tumor-bearing mouse models. DOTA-Bn-CA-170 can be used for the study of VISTA-targeted immunotherapy.
