- CAS No.: 152247-02-4
- Formula:C20H16FNO4
- Molecular Weight:353.34
IUPAC Name: 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid
InChIKey: LIPHLGKSAYFDAO-UHFFFAOYSA-N
SMILES: O=C(C1=CN(C2CC2)C3=C(C=C(F)C(C4=CC=C(OC)C=C4)=C3)C1=O)O
Biological Activity: CP 80080 is a Topoisomerase II ligand with almost no ability to stimulate topoisomerase II-mediated DNA cleavage. CP 80080 competes with DNA cleavage-enhancing antineoplastic agents for a common binding domain on Drosophila topoisomerase II, thereby attenuating the ability of these agents to stimulate topoisomerase II-mediated DNA cleavage. CP 80080 can be used in cancer-related research[1][2].
